Meter Reading

Meter Reading is the hub of the billing process for all utilitities! The job of the meter reader is to locate, read and accurately report consumer usage. The meter reading process is crucial for formulating the consumer's bill based on accurate field data collecting. C.S.I.'s meter readers are trained to not only read meters, but also to inspect the service line, the meter, all seals, and verify the meter's connection to the source. Our meter readers are also responsible for identifying and accurately reporting problems and deficiencies to the utility owners we serve. Our meter readers are at the forefront of customer service. We can perform usage edits to determine high or low utility consumption and advise consumers on how to conserve resources and reduce costs.
